Each storytime will consist of a few read-a-loud picture books and an activity. Activities may include a combination of songs, crafts or movement activities. Younger children and parents can start the social hour early on the other side of the meeting room. Toys will be provided. Most sessions will feature Gerifit, a video exercise class for adults. The video program is geared toward adults over 60, but all adults are welcome! Each video lasts around 45 minutes. Light weights and stretch bands are provided. Just bring a water bottle!
