Program Description

Event Details

Library Fitness hour is a time for adults to come workout at the library. Most sessions will feature Gerifit, a video exercise class for adults. The video program is geared toward adults over 60, but all adults are welcome! Each video lasts around 45 minutes. Light weights and stretch bands are provided. Just bring a water bottle!
